The ready made mix that I found was the Ottogi Mung Bean Pancake Mix.
Unfortunately, the instructions are in Korean, as illustrated on the packet.
Here’s my ‘English’ interpretation of how I made it (Note: This is not a translation from what’s on the packet):
1. The packet has 500g of korean pancake mix inside it. So empty this all out into a mixing bowl.
2. Make a well in the bowl, and incrementally add 700ml of water into the mix. Mixing gently with a whisk. When done, let the mixture stand for 30-40 minutes.
3. Use a flat frying pan. Heat the pan and add a ladle of korean pancake mix. This is where you can add your ingredients such as kimchi and onions. For a spicy version, you can add some sliced red chilli. Fry the pancake for about 3-4 minutes, or until you see the pancake get crispy.
4. Flip if desired. Serve.
